Exclusive Rights for Ghost Produced Tracks

Exclusivity here means single-buyer exclusivity. A track offered in the catalog is available until someone buys it, and after that it is gone — not discounted, not relisted, not offered as a "non-exclusive" alternative to a second artist. That is the difference between exclusive ghost produced tracks and the lease-style beat market, where the same instrumental can be sold dozens of times.

Practically, ghost producer rights at Green Ghost Pro cover two things: what the buyer may do with the music, and what the producer may not do afterwards. Both are described in the numbered clauses below, which are the operative terms of the agreement.

Upon completion of payment, the buyer is granted an exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use, modify, distribute, monetize, and commercially exploit the composition across all media formats, including but not limited to streaming, broadcast, sync, live performance, and physical releases.

The license is transferable. The buyer may assign, sublicense, or sell the rights to third parties without further consent from the seller.

Anything not explicitly stated in this agreement — publishing splits, PRO registration arrangements, or any other territory- or society-specific matter — is not covered here and should be confirmed in writing before purchase. Immediately after successful payment, the beat is marked as SOLD in our system and removed from public listings. Green Ghost Pro will not license, resell, or distribute the composition to any other party.

This is why the catalog shrinks rather than grows in place. If a record you had your eye on has disappeared, it belongs to someone else. A PDF Certificate of Exclusive Sale is automatically generated for every purchase. It records the buyer's name, the track title, purchase date, order ID, and the exclusivity statement. The certificate is attached to the order confirmation email and available from the secure download page.

Keep it. It is the document that evidences which track was sold, to whom, and on what date, and it is the fastest way to answer a label or distributor asking where the music came from.

A commissioned record follows the same principle as the catalog: the work is made for one client, and on completion the applicable exclusive rights described in this agreement transfer to you so the release can go out under your own name. Because a custom ghost production project is scoped individually — brief, revisions, deliverables, deadline — the commercial terms are agreed per project rather than fixed by a listing price.

Green Ghost Pro does not claim a production credit on your release. The record is yours to present as your own.

The seller retains the right to display the work in a portfolio, demo reel, or historical catalog reference for purposes of showcasing past production work. No commercial reuse is implied.

Purchases and commissions are handled confidentially. For custom projects an NDA is available on request. Confidentiality and exclusivity are separate ideas: exclusivity is about who may release the music, confidentiality is about who knows how it was made.

Deliverables include the high-resolution master files (WAV), MP3, stems, and MIDI when available. Files are delivered via secure, signed download links accessible from your order page.

A catalog track already exists. You hear it before you pay, the rights above apply the moment payment completes, and the files are available straight away — the fastest route to a release. A commission does not exist until your brief does. It costs more and takes longer, but it is shaped to your sound across revision rounds. Both routes end with a track that is yours alone; they differ in timing, cost and how much control you have over the direction.

Because exclusive beats are removed from sale immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer law or in cases of demonstrable technical failure preventing delivery.
