Terms of Service

When you purchase a track, you receive 100% exclusive worldwide rights — master and publishing — including the right to release it under your own artist name on any label or platform. Stems, MIDI and project files are included where specified. Once sold, the track is removed from the catalog permanently.

Custom productions are governed by the brief and quote signed at project start. Pricing, deliverables, revision rounds, deadlines and credits are defined per project. We are happy to sign NDAs for any commission.

We do not disclose buyer identities or commission details. All productions are delivered under full ghostwriter terms unless otherwise agreed.

Payment is taken in full upfront for exclusive tracks. Custom projects use staged payments. Due to the nature of digital exclusive rights, all sales are final.

Tracks are delivered via secure signed download links after payment confirmation. You are responsible for downloading and securely storing your files.

Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Disputes will be resolved in good faith first; otherwise in the courts of our registered seat.
