Account data (email, name) when you sign up. Inquiry data (artist name, project details, budget, references) when you submit a custom production brief. Order data (buyer email, track purchased, amount) when you purchase a track. Newsletter email when you subscribe. Anonymous usage analytics when you consent via the cookie banner.

To deliver our services (fulfilling orders, replying to inquiries), to send newsletters you opted into, to comply with legal/accounting obligations, and to improve the site. Legal bases: contract, consent, and legitimate interest.

We share data only with processors strictly necessary to run the business: hosting, database, email, and payment providers — all under data processing agreements. We never sell your data.

Data is hosted in secure EU/US data centres with encryption in transit. Audio masters and stems are stored in private buckets with signed-URL access only.
